In the aviation and transport industry, a manifest is a list of passengers and items on board. Manifest 401+ tries to provide a manifest of different crimes done by the Islamic Republic of Iran, inside and outside of the borders of Iran. Our main mission is to archive and provide a reliable database for researchers and human rights organizations who scout Islamic Republics' behaviors and Human rights violations and help them stop the Islamic Republic killing machines.

Manifest 401+ is a chain of anonymous activists with a base in Germany. We have no financial ties to any political parties, organizations, or states and will keep our organisation like that.
